Polyester Films, also known as Mylar® Polyester Film, Metalized Polyester Film, PET Polyester Film, APET Polyethylene Teraphthalate Film, PETG Polyester Teraphthalate Glycol Film or Valox® Polyester, are flexible and dimensional stable, making it hard to tear. Typically resistant to high-temperature and UV, it is often used for electrical insulation, surface protection and packaging. Available with or without adhesive and in a variety of finishes, from clear to silver and many other colors or tints. Polyester Film Tape 853, Transparent, 2.2 mil (0.05 mm) polyester film tape with solvent resistant acrylic adhesive.

This is very attractive reflective tape - more useful for aesthetics and for making it easy to find and identify items than it would be strictly for safety - but it is definitely reflective. (Posted on 2/21/2018)
