Cancellation and Refunds
To cancel any of your order write a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or you can speak to our helpline number. If your cancellation request is accepted by management, 2% amount of the total value will be deducted as commision for payment getway. Remaining amount will be transferred to your given bank account within 7-10 days from cancellation request acceptance. An order can be canceled only before the material gets dispatched, with specifying genuine reason if any. Right for acceptance of cancellation of any order is solely with the management of pickNpack. In case of bulk or customized orders, an order cannot be canceled and no amount will be refunded.
After you receive the order
In case of returns, once your return request is accepted by picknpack, the entire refund amount will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS. Logistics charges will be paid by picknpack, and you will not be charged for it.
